Section Objectives:

• Know how to represent circuits using schematic diagrams.
• Distinguish between series and parallel connections. 

 Section Abstract:

As an introductory section, during this session, we present an overview on the basic circuit elements used and their schematic symbols. Then, we proceed to sort circuits according to their connection types whether in series or in parallel.
